This BLOG is not intended as an advertisement or self promotion. It is intended to display some of my credentials so that the other blogsI write will have a degree of validity to them. I owned and operated 13 rental/investment properties for 10 years and have been selling real estate for an additional 15, or 25 years of experience. I am a member of the Naples Florida Board of Realtors (NABOR), The Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), and the National Asociation of Realtors (NAR). I am familiar with Starker exchanges, short sales, foreclosure sales, and conventional sales, including packaging your home to sell. I work with first time buyers and seasoned buyers looking for all types, sizes, and prices of real estate. One of the curious aspects of the real estate business is that a lot of folks come south and want to buy "brand new" so they have fewer "problems." I have seen punch lists (to fix lists) many pages longer on a new house than a used (oops, "Previously Owned") house or condo.
